How do I pay for pairLite hosting services?

All services are paid for in advance. When you sign up for an account, you will be asked for a credit card to pay for your hosting services.

We only accept Visa and MasterCard at this time.

All services are based on contracts that automatically renew unless you e-mail us and cancel your account.

If I cancel, do I get my money back?

If you cancel a new hosting account within the first 30 days of service, the payment for your initial contract term will be refunded. However, we do not refund set-up fees. After a pairLite hosting account has been open for 30 days, there are no refunds for cancellation.

Can I send a check or money order for payment?

No. We only accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments at this time.

Can I change my contract term?

Yes, please contact billing@pairlite.com and request a new billing term. New terms take effect at the end of your current contract terms. New terms cannot be applied retroactively.

How do I change the credit card that you are billing?

Submit new credit card information via this secure online form:
https://www.pairlite.com/submit.html
You can also change your credit card information using the Account Control Center (https://my.pairlite.com). Just log in, and click "Update Payment Information" under the Billing section.

I have a question about my invoice or a charge on my credit card, whom do I contact?

Send your question to billing@pairlite.com. You can also log into the pairLite Account Control Center (https://my.pairlite.com), and visit the Billing section and select "Send a Support Request."

How do I cancel my pairLite account?

Send your cancellation request to billing@pairlite.com. Your account will remain open until the end of your contracted term, your contract will not be renewed, and your account will be closed. Alternately, you can request that your account be closed immediately; however, no fees will be refunded 30 days past signing up.

pairLite.com appears on my credit card statement, but I'm not a customer. What do I do?
