We are currently seeing packet loss on some traffic passing through our
Global Crossing circuit, possibly centering on routes that pass through
Los Angeles, CA. We have opened a ticket with our vendor and are currently
awaiting an explanation of the problem and an estimated time to resolution.

www5.pairlite.com became unresponsive and was rebooted. Downtime was less than 10 minutes.
